Garrett Lickliter was born in Indianapolis, spending most of his life on the north side. After college, Garrett pursued coaching basketball. After working for the Indiana Pacers, he entered graduate school and was a graduate assistant for the University of Iowa for two seasons. While obtaining his masters, he continued his family tradition of buying, fixing up, and selling with his and his wife’s home in Iowa.
