Garrett Lickliter was born in Indianapolis, spending most of his life on the north side. The son of a basketball coach, his childhood was full of many job changes and many re-locations. “My family lived in over 12 homes by the time I was 16 years old.” The buying, the fixing up, and selling of real estate has been a constant in Garrett’s life. After college, Garrett pursued coaching basketball. After working for the Indiana Pacers, he entered graduate school and was a graduate assistant for the University of Iowa for two seasons. While obtaining his masters, he continued his family tradition of buying, fixing up, and selling with his and his wife’s home in Iowa. It was fun and successful, and it was then that he knew his career path would be in real estate. He and his wife moved back in Indianapolis into their first duplex: the start of his investing/real estate career.

Specialties of Garrett’s include, Buying/selling properties to maximize returns, managing rental properties, and cultivating Real Estate investments (his own and other investors). Garrett met his wife Molly in college at Butler University. They have a daughter, Gia and two sons, Reggie & Ari.
